Here's a handy guide to help you choose the right registration path.
NEW PLAYERS (FREE AGENTS)
If you're new to the league and do not have a team, WELCOME! You'll need to register as a FREE AGENT. Just pay your registration dues and we'll let you know in a few days which team you'll be on. In the meantime, do some stretches, find your glove, and block out your Sunday mornings for some fun in the sun at the fields in Hermann Brown Park! We do not play Sept. 26 weekend for ASANA World Series. You can visit this page for directions and field locations.
COACHES (TEAM CAPTAINS)
NEW team captains will need to register and set up their teams FIRST! To have a team in the HWSL, the team fee is $250 per team (until September 25) or $300 per team (after September 25) PLUS $25 per player. You're encouraged to do a partial payment of just your player fee upon registration with the remaining team fee due October 1 at the latest. Your team fee MUST be paid via check or Quickpay/Zelle to hwslsoftball@gmail.com.
RETURNING PLAYERS (TEAM PLAYERS)
This option is if you are a new player to the Fall Season, you're approved by the coach to join an existing team, but you have NOT paid dues in the year 2021 or 2020. Again, you do not need to register if you paid and played Spring Season 2021 or Spring Season 2020.
