NEW PLAYERS (FREE AGENTS)
If you're new to the league and do not have a team, WELCOME! You'll need to register as a FREE AGENT. Just pay your registration dues and we'll let you know in a few days which team you'll be on. In the meantime, do some stretches, find your glove, and block out your Sunday mornings for some fun in the sun at the fields! You can visit this page for directions and field locations.

COACHES (TEAM CAPTAINS)
ALL COACHES must register their team & designate yourself as the coach BEFORE their players can register! Your team will NOT appear for registration unless you have completed this step. Once your team has been created, invite your players to register as "Team Player" of the team name you entered. 

To have a team in the HWSL, the early bird team fee is $450 per team (February 25 until March 8 at Midnight) or the regular team fee of $500 per team (after March 8). 

In addition, there is a cost per player of $60 for early bird registrants or $65 after the early bird period ends March 8. You're encouraged to do a partial payment of just your player fee upon registration with the remaining team fee due March 17 at the latest. Your team fee MUST be paid via check or Zelle to treasurer@hwslsoftball.com. Do NOT use this website to pay your team fee, it will automatically assess an additional 5% fee.

RETURNING PLAYERS (TEAM PLAYERS)
Welcome back, team player! Once your coach gives you the OK, you can register and select your team. This option is for previous players on an existing team. If you do not see your team, please wait until your coach registers your team to sign up and pay your player fee.
